Lettings
We proudly provide letting services to our landlords.
Our full management service includes:
- Advertising as necessary, selecting tenants, arranging/carrying out viewings and dealing with negotiations
- Obtaining references Credit checks
- Preparing an inventory and schedule of condition
- We can offer rent protection policies which protects landlords from loss of rents and eviction costs
- Collecting rents, forwarding to the owners financial statements on a monthly basis
